Yes. We work with LegitScript-certified medical partners. All prescriptions are written by licensed physicians and filled by state-licensed pharmacies.
What states do you serve?
We currently serve patients in all 50 US states through our network of licensed physicians.
Do I need insurance?
No. Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive. No insurance required.
Treatment
How do I get started?
Click “Get Started” and complete a quick online evaluation (under 5 minutes). A licensed physician will review your information within 24-48 hours.
How long until I receive my medication?
After approval, most medications ship within 3-5 business days with tracking.
What if I'm not approved?
You will not be charged. Your safety is our top priority.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Pause or cancel anytime. No contracts or cancellation fees.

Is my information secure?
Yes. All data is HIPAA-protected with industry-standard encryption.
Are compound medications safe?
Compound medications are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies using FDA-registered ingredients. The compounds themselves are not individually FDA-approved.
What about side effects?
Contact your care team 24/7 through your portal. Your physician can adjust treatment as needed.
